Kai Kala boasts a main house with four bedrooms, Hidaway Cottage is perched on the edge of the cliff with one bedroom , Bamboo Cottage is set amidst the Estate's tropical gardens with two bedrooms and Sea View Cottage has three. With so much space, this property is perfect for a family reunion, a small destination wedding or corporate retreat.

The main villa of Kai Kala overlooks the pool and ocean. Two stories of spacious luxury house comfortable indoor living and dining areas, a large well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, outdoor terrace dining and seating and four bedrooms, three of which are upstairs and one is downstairs.

The master suite of Kai Kala boasts a king size bed, private terrace with ocean views, and an exquisite en suite bath complete with a whirlpool tub enclosed in wooden louvers and glass. Two closets, stone basins, a separate enclosed toilet closet and a large pebble tiled shower with glass walls that open out onto a private patio complete the picture. The second upstairs bedroom features a king size bed, a large on suite bath with tub and shower and lovely views of the garden, pool and sea. The third upstairs bedroom has two queen size beds, a small private terrace and an en suite bath with tub and shower. Finally, the fourth bedroom is downstairs and features French doors that open up onto the patio. There is a king size bed and a private sitting area. The bathroom for this bedroom is in the hall.

Sea View cottage has three bedrooms and is just steps from the main house. A wooden deck features outdoor dining and a jetted hot tub. Spacious living and dining areas are comfortably furnished. This cottage features a king size bed in the master bedroom, and double beds in the second and third bedrooms. All three guest rooms have en suite baths.

Bamboo Cottage is set amidst lush bamboo gardens and has two lovely bedrooms. There is a comfortable living and dining area. There is a king bed in the master suite and twin beds in the second bedroom. Each guest room has a private en suite bath.

Finally, the Hideaway cottage is luxurious and romantic as it sits perched atop a cliff overlooking the sea. Just steps away from the main villa, yet secluded, this lovely little cottage features comfortable living room, a small kitchen and French doors that lead out to a private split level wooden deck with direct views to the ocean, extreme privacy, a Jacuzzi and comfortable seating. There is one bedroom in Hidaway cottage which features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom that opens up to an outdoor shower.
