An entrance drive edged with stately royal palms leads through black and gold wrought iron gates, custom designed and imported from Thailand. The estate boasts twelve buildings, a helicopter pad and tennis courts. Colorful gardens, accented with ancient carved Balinese, Burmese, Thai and Chinese statuary combine with serene lily ponds and turquoise pools stocked with Koi fish. The various living spaces within the estate are discretely separated.
The nine hundred square foot main pavilion at Silent Waters Villa serves as the center of the estate's common living areas. Expect the finest in luxury Caribbean villas at Silent Waters Villa. Some of the fascinating historical pieces include a pair of 17th Century Buddhist temple attendant statues, a Burmese monastery bell, and an 18th Century Thai bible chest that all highlight the villas appointments. One hundred feet of sliding glass doors disappear into pocket walls presenting a magnificent panorama of sea, sky and mountains. This pavilion also features a highly polished dark walnut Yamaha Disklavier baby grand piano, and is equipped with a surround-sound home theater and 48-inch television, VCR and DVD player. Just steps across the pavilion's marble terrace is a breakfast gazebo, the dining pavilion, the commercial-style kitchen, and another gazebo equipped with a bar, color television, and cushioned seating for twenty-two. The amenities are well beyond most Jamaica villa rentals, and a sophisticated surveillance system provide the best in security.
Silent Waters Villa has five separate villa suites, offering a total of nine air-conditioned bedrooms, all well-placed for privacy throughout the grounds. Each perfectly appointed villa suite boasts Italian marble floors and terraces, antique oriental rugs, original oil paintings, and offers a sitting area with writing desk as well as a Brazilian granite wet bar with coffee maker, refrigerator and an ice maker. All five suites have glamorous marble and granite bathrooms fitted with JADO fixtures. They are each equipped with color satellite television, a VCR and a DVD player a, stereo system and telephone system with intercom reaching all other suites, the common bar, kitchen and house manager's office. These fabulous suites have louvered walls opening to glorious views and refreshing trade winds. With perfect sunning terraces furnished with teak chaise lounges and tables that are bordered by exotic gardens, each suite is a paradise unto itself. The villa provides the ideal location for family reunions, corporate retreats, and weddings. The excellent staff of sixteen includes a chef, butler, house manager, housekeeping, maintenance and security personnel.
