Seaside Cottage at Round Hill

Seaside Cottage is located in Round Hill Resort, one of the finest private resorts in the north side of Jamaica. Membership includes access to the private beach club, golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, business center and more. Guests of Seaside Cottage enjoy resort privileges and the amenities are just a short free tram ride around. Seaside Cottage guests are also invited to enjoy the amenities of the private Tryall Club, just 8 minutes west of Round Hill.

Seaside boasts 3 acres of lush green hillside overlooking the ocean and, though totally private and self contained, shares 10 acres with its sister residence Hillside Villa, a 4 bedroom house about 100 meters uphill from the cottage. The two homes can be rented together to create a compound that will host sixteen.

The cottage, has one of the most breathtaking views in all of Jamaica, with twinkling lights of Montego Bay just across the way at night. Spacious, comfortable and trade winds chic, the house is built on two levels. With white ceramic tile floors and vaulted white washed exposed-beam ceilings, it all comes together with white washed louvered shutters, and a unique combination of commissioned Balinese and Jamaican furniture and art throughout. Spacious living and dining areas open up onto even more spacious outdoor living and dining areas where most guests spend the majority of their time. Every room in the house enjoys magnificent panoramic ocean views.

The master suite is separate from the house and has its own private entrance and terrace. Overlooking the sea, the master suite enjoys a king-size bed, incredible views and an en-suite bathroom with an indoor shower as well as a very private open air outdoor shower with mesmerizing views of the water and Montego Bay. A second bedroom is located on the lower level below the master bedroom and is accessible only by a stone stairway. This room enjoys twin beds that can be placed together to form a king and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have king size beds, superb ocean views, French doors leading out to the terrace and en-suite bathrooms. These bedrooms are both located inside the main house. Outdoors guest will enjoy a large free form pool, expansive lawns, covered gazebo for dining or cocktails and a large Jacuzzi.
