Hillside Villa at Round Hill

Hillside Villa is located in Round Hill Resort, one of the finest private resorts in the north side of Jamaica. Membership includes access to the private beach club, golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, business center and more. Guests of Hillside Villa enjoy resort privileges and the amenities are just a short free tram ride, or eight minute walk around. Hillside Villa guests are also invited to enjoy the amenities of the private Tryall Club, just 8 minutes west of Round Hill.

Hillside Villa shares 10 acres of lush green rolling hills overlooking the ocean with its sister residence, Sea Side cottage. Seaside Cottage is a 4 bedroom villa about 100 meters down from Hillside. The two villas can be rented together to create a compound that will host sixteen.

The main house, Hillside, has one of the most spectacular views in all of Jamaica, with twinkling lights of Montego Bay just across the way at night. Spacious, comfortable and trade winds chic, the house is built on two levels. White marble floors and vaulted wooden ceilings come together with white washed louvered shutters, cozy pastels, rattan furniture and original art throughout to create a light and breezy atmosphere.

The master bedroom is located on the lower level, is set apart for seclusion, and enjoys a private outdoor entrance. With panoramic ocean views and a comfortable king size bed, the master suite has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub. Bedrooms two and three are connected via an inner door, making them perfect for parents and children to share. Bedroom two has twin beds that can be placed together to make a king and enjoys a private bathroom with a tub-shower combination. There are wonderful ocean views. Bedroom three has private entrance, as well, a double bed, lovely ocean views and a private en-suite bathroom with a large octagonal walk in shower with open louvers on three sides to enable guests to bathe in privacy while enjoying the sea view at the same time. The fourth bedroom, also located on the main level, has twin beds that can be placed together to create a king, a garden view and a private bathroom with a tub shower combination.

Out on the terrace, there are lovely seating areas, as well as a table for al fresco dining. Guests will enjoy lounging around the free form pool while sipping cocktails and gazing out at the panoramic ocean view and the hills of Montego Bay.
