Fairwinds is a beautiful private villa located on the 2,200 acre estate of the Tryall Club and just minutes from the Great House, golf and tennis pro shops and beach club. Wonderful sea views, meticulous attention to detail, elegant furnishings, and an exemplary staff combine to distinguish this property as one of the finer vacation homes.
Spacious interiors feature a living area opening through glass panels to the upper level dining balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the golf course and the sparkling Caribbean waters. Fairwinds' four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans and wall safes. The glamorous master bedroom has a private entrance from the lower patio, is fitted with a king size bed and boasts an eight foot tiled sunken bath with louvered walls opening to a tropical garden, and is equipped with a television and VCR. The second bedroom offers a sea view and a Jacuzzi bath in its en-suite, is also fitted with a king size bed and has a private entrance from the outdoors and stairway to the pool. The third bedroom also has a sea view and stairs to the pool as well as a private terrace. It is fitted with twin beds which may be converted to a king size on request, and its en-suite features a marble Roman bath. The fourth bedroom, located in the wing near the second bedroom, also has a private entrance from the outdoors and stairs to the pool, and optional king size or twin beds. Its en-suite has a shower and bath combination.
The large swimming pool and surrounding terrace with bar and lounge are bordered by orchids and accessed from the living area and the three bedrooms through dramatic stone arches. Guests will also discover a fish-filled grotto and tropical gardens hosted by Fairwinds' three acres.
The award winning staff includes a cook, maid, laundress and gardener as well as an additional helper when the villa is full.

Policies
Payment Policy: A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation and balance of payment must be received by LaCURE at least 75 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 75 days of travel may incur an administration fee.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 106 days or more prior to travel are subject to a 15% penalty. Reservations cancelled 76 - 105 days prior to travel result in 30% penalty or forfeiture of deposit. Reservations cancelled 75 days or less prior to travel are non-refundable. Payments for all holiday reservations are non-refundable. Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
