Description
Villa Viviana is secluded on six private acres on the grounds of the renowned Tryall Club, Montego Bay, Jamaica. Situated on a hillside, the design takes full advantage of the panoramic Caribbean views.
Villa Viviana’s entrance is marked by an Italian style paved courtyard. Numerous terraces and balconies embrace the Caribbean views. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi present the idyllic place for families and friends to spend time together while enjoying sunny days and the best of outdoor living. The pool is heated and features a non-slip child's section. The expansive deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea offers an attractive casual dining area with a wet bar, enhanced by an abstract tile mosaic. The open air gym is steps from the pool terrace.
Indoors, the great room features a peaked cedar ceiling and hosts two bars. Cozy cushions in intense hues of blue, orange and yellow complement a spacious living room fitted with soft furnishings in white. Romantic, candlelit areas of the living room add coziness while an unobtrusive underwater motif adds character to the room. The living area opens on three sides to shaded outdoor sitting areas and the pool terrace. Elegant dinners are served in the formal dining room which seats 18 guests. A gallery walkway leads from a central atrium and fountain to the main level bedroom wing. A large Games room is situated on the lower level and features an adjacent shower bathroom. An additional powder room is available for guest convenience.
Villa Viviana offers six air-conditioned bedrooms.
Two Master bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, a master closet, a study and en-suite bathrooms finished with travertine marble. The other four bedrooms have twin beds or king beds according to the desires of the guests as well as en-suite bathrooms finished with travertine marble. Upper level bedrooms open to the wrap around balcony and the lower level bedrooms open to private terraces. Additional guests can be accommodated via use of a loft king bed on the open balcony or by rental of three twin beds which can be hosted in the Games room.
Guests enjoy the services of a cook, butler, housekeeper, laundress and gardener. Membership to the Tryall Club, including the Hummgbird Kid's Club, is included. World class golf, tennis, gym, beach club, and water sports equipment are all available. Complimentary golf carts are provided for the short seven minute ride to the beach.
