Description
This stylish and very spacious villa is located on the Mexican Riviera's Pacific Coast within the exclusive resort community of Ixtapa. From its hillside perch, guests will be treated to wonderful ocean views, and especially lovely sunsets. It is just a leisurely walk along the coastline from excellent beach facilities. Casa del Sol villa was designed and built by the renowned Mexican Architect Diego Villasenor, considered by Architectural Digest as one of the "100 best architects in the world". Casa del Sol has been published in several books including "Mexico, Houses of the Pacific", and in various magazines.
This Ixtapa villa's four bedrooms are spaciously appointed and each enjoy a private bathroom. The master suite has a queen size bed, while the three guest suites each have two double beds. From the property, guests may take a leisurely five minute walk down the hillside to the shoreline and an additional five minutes along the shoreline to a nice sandy beach. The very long beach at Ixtapa Corredor is within a five minute drive, or fifteen minute walk. Always drenched in sun and with its restful atmosphere, Casa del Sol villa will appeal to the discerning traveler, and serves as the perfect property for family, friends, business retreats and private events.
Casa del Sol villa is fully staffed, including cook, butler, and maid. Airport transfers are available via the property's van and driver. Other services such as massages, yoga classes, catering, etc. are available at additional rates and by prior arrangement. Those who are looking to rent Mexican villas will be pleased with the business related amenities that are available for with at least 3 weeks notice, and include: High Speed (ADSL 256) Internet connection; projector and/or polycom speaker.

On request, an additional two guests can be accommodated by a bench sofa in each of two bedrooms. This accommodation best suits children or teens.
