Villa Lazzari

Located only 5 minutes away from the ancient village of Preggio and about 30 minutes away from Cortona, this child friendly villa is conveniently situated on the border of Umbria and Tuscany so guests can enjoy the best of both. Casa Lazzari is also within easy reach of Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Gubbio, the Antognolla Golf club and various dining venues.

Casa Lazzari has been recently renovated to accommodate families. The villa has many areas perfect for the enjoyment of both children and teenagers alike. The villa features an annex that has been turned in to a playhouse where toys, books, games and movies can be found. Even the long infinity edged pool features a shallow area for kids. 

Outside, there are different patios and porches where guests can find a pizza oven, a BBQ, a table that can sit up to 12 people and a lounge that features some of the best views of the surrounding hillside. This private villa is immersed in nature; even the entryway to the gated villa is though lush woods and is situated on approximately 2 hectares of partially fenced land with lovely views. 

A large fully equipped kitchen is perfect for food lovers. With two ovens, a huge fridge, hotplates and ample working space, cooks can spend hours of enjoyment in this room without having to sacrifice any time with loved ones thanks to the kitchen’s breakfast bar.  A dining room with a table for 10 or 12 people is found nearby. The villa features a comfortably decorated living room with a fireplace. A library is within short proximity. A double bedroom is located up a few steps and enjoys an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor of the villa offers two entryways: a stairway coming from the ground floor and an external stone stairway. The first floor has three bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. These bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.

The second floor of the villa has the two remaining double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms in the villa have lightly painted walls that bring out the beautiful wood beamed ceilings that are abundant thought the villa.
