Description
Melograni villa is a spectacular property surrounded by 3.5 hectares of countryside and olive groves. This magnificent estate is comprised of two separate pavilions - the main house and the guest house, which both have been recently redesigned, full of gorgeous artworks and vibrant colors. To the rear of the villa's main house, guests will find a beautifully furnished terrace with a large swimming pool that offers a unique resistance swim system and absolutely breathtaking views.
When guests arrive at the Italy vacation villa, they are greeted by a beautiful living room with fireplace, a TV room and an oversized formal dining room connected to the kitchen. The first floor opens up to a master bedroom with a private living area that is separated by a stone fireplace, and two en suite bathrooms, one with large Jacuzzi and the other with a hydro massage shower. There is a double bedroom with living area on the top floor, with en suite bathroom (shower). The lower ground floor offers another double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower) leading to the sauna, which has a double shower and bathroom. Another oversized living area takes guests out to the pool. The guest house includes a double and a twin bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms (one shower, one bathtub).
Melograni offers guests the ideal vacation in Italy, with a professional and well-trained staff that includes a maid, four hours a day, six days a week. The villa is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art audio system, computer with Internet access, and satellite television. Guests can spend time indoors playing a game of billiards or bask in the sun on the deck.
