These Italy accommodations offer four bedrooms, for up to eight guests. The ground floor opens up to a formal dining room, with a lovely fireplace and French doors that lead to a furnished portico and on to the spacious kitchen and laundry facilities. The first floor includes a beautiful sitting room with a stone fireplace connecting to a master bedroom, with sitting area and en suite bathroom (bath and shower). There are two additional twin bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom (bath or shower). On the mezzanine floor, guests will find a lovely sitting area with fireplace and French windows opening to the garden, as well as a double bedroom with en suite bathroom that has a bath and walk-in wardrobe.

The Italy villa rental offers guests the ultimate relaxing getaway. If they are not in the mood for an excursion, they can spend the day cooling off in the private pool and then soaking up the sun on the deck. For an additional fee, a maid will visit the villa four hours a day, three days a week, to do housework.
