The main villa opens up to a sitting room with fireplace, another larger sitting room, a formal dining room that has direct access to the terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen. The first floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a double bedroom with sitting lounge and en-suite bathroom. There is also a single bedroom. The annex opens up to a small living area, double bedroom with bathroom, and laundry room. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units.
This Italy villa rental comes fully equipped with a state-of-the-art audio system, outdoor barbecue, pizza oven, satellite television, VCR and DVD player. Maid services are provided three hours a day, twice a week (guests also have access to the laundry facilities).
