Stunning Villa Igea is set amid tranquil olive gardens and vineyards, perched atop a magnificent hilltop in northwest Lucca. Its elevation provides panoramic views of the rolling hills and serene countryside. A beautifully manicured emerald-green garden surrounds the villa and offers alfresco dining under a shaded oak tree, near the private swimming pool, complete with lounge chairs. The 16th-century villa has recently been fully restored, updating the design while maintaining the original manor architecture.
The astounding Italy villa rental provides accommodation for up to 13. Guests have the option of renting either four or seven bedrooms. The ground floor of the main villa includes a comfortable sitting room with fireplace that opens onto a garden, as well as an additional sitting room with a television, a formal dining room, a modern, well-equipped kitchen that opens to the conservatory, and a breakfast room opening to the outdoor dining area. There are also two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has two twin bedrooms with private bathrooms (one has a sitting/dressing room). The guest house provides a small kitchen/dining room, sitting room and three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. It also boasts a computer with high-speed Internet service.
The luxury vacation rental in Italy has a maid, who tends to the housework five hours a day, five days a week. For day trips, guests can visit beaches that are only 25 kilometers away, or they can explore the fine shops and restaurants of the nearby village of San Martino in Freddana.
