Villa Aiola

Located on a 1700 acre estate, Villa Aiola is a charming villa situated between Florence and Rome in the Val d’Orcia region, in southern Tuscany. The villa enjoys lovely views of Mount Amiata and is within easy reach of Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cetona and Casciano dei Bagni, an unspoiled medieval village. Villa Aiola and Villa Monticchia are part of the same estate, so larger groups can rent both villas.

The villa is nestled among manicured gardens, lush trees and extensive lawns. The villa’s swimming pool overlooks this greenery.  A pergola shades an outdoor dining table perfect for a brunch with loved ones. Guests can take a relaxing stroll or bike ride in the villa’s private woods as well.

Villa Aiola’s ground floor has a spacious living and game area where guests can find ping-ping, gambling and billiards tables. The open concept kitchen shares room with the dining room and opens on to the garden. Two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and a private bathroom, can be found nearby.  Both bedrooms have private garden entrances.

The first floor has a reception hall with a fireplace to keep guests warm on chilly evenings. A comfortable dining area and a living area can be found close by.  There are four bedrooms on this level; a master suite with a queen sized bed, two bedrooms with twin sized beds and one full bedroom.
