This luxurious five bedroom air-conditioned villa, which can accommodate a maximum of eight people, is located eight kilometers from famous Capalbio, the celebrated, historical village in the Maremma region of Tuscany, and eight kilometers from the Tuscan coastline with its sandy beaches and bathing facilities. Tre Fontane is surrounded by three hectares of land with a splendid, fenced garden overflowing with old roses in all shades of pink. The large private swimming pool is the central attraction on these lovely grounds. The garden is designed by a noted landscape gardener and is extremely well maintained. There is also a private helicopter pad. All the living areas are elegantly furnished and provide every conceivable comfort. On the ground floor, the living room and various loungers are combined to form an L-shape, from which various French windows lead to the garden. The portico is tastefully furnished with a dining table for outdoor meals and a number of sofas and armchairs. The ground floor of Tre Fontane contains the large living room with a fireplace, the beautiful dining room with a table for eight set in front of an additional fireplace, the well equipped kitchen.
