An imposing farmhouse filled with light overlooks row upon row of sangiovese, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and petit verdot-buildings which cohabit with nature, rather than compete, moving the spirit. The Azienda Agricola Poggio Divino is a working farm and winery where a vineyard is nurtured and wine is made and aged in oak barrels. It is located in the Montereggio di Massa Marittima D.O.C. region and produces three wines. A Montereggio D.O.C., an IGT Syrah and a Bordeau Blend.
The Counts of San Gregorio Magno Casa di Vino are a family with 1,100 years of history archived in their Villa Mandriola in Padova. More recent history has seen the eldest son Count Manfredo and his English wife Countess Sarah enlarge their holdings into Tuscany where, along with their brothers Count Lodovico and Count Giovanni Francesco, this resort and these wines have been created. The love affair with the Maremma region started for them five years ago. Earth, sky and life co-exist here uncontaminated by our modern and frenetic lives. Producing a haven of peace and tranquility while at the same time harnessing the vines-they have created a wine lovers paradise which is now truly world renown.

There are a total of four lounges, one main dining room, one tasting room, a reading room, a well equipped kitchen, and a delightful infinity swimming pool; all contained on 140 acres of pastoral farm land.There are a total of seven air-conditioned bedrooms, each fitted with a king double bed, Samsung HD flat screen television, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a minibar. The accommodation available to guests ranges from suites or rooms overlooking vineyard or olive groves. The theory adhered to here is the belief that the way the inside connects to the outside affects your sense of well being. Linen and leather, the spiritual cousins of wood and stone are lovingly brought together without indulgence. Interiors avoid excess and provide a neutral canvas for the way that guests wish to colour throughout the course of their stay. The nearest Golf resort is but a 10 minute drive; horseback riding is 15 minutes away, and fabulous outlet shopping is a 90 minute drive from the property.The resort is rented with maid service provided 3 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
