Monte Cavallo

This restored stone farmhouse is located in a quiet area, ensuring maximum privacy. The swimming pool is located in a scenic position overlooking the countryside. Lounge chairs offer a relaxing afternoon sunbathing in the Tuscan sun. A lovely veranda is covered with lush vines and features views of the hillside. The nearby patio is a perfect place for al fresco dining.

The villa is stretched across two comfortable levels and is embellished with beamed ceilings. Country styled furniture decorates the interiors. The ground floor of the villa features a pleasant living room where guests can curl up and read their favorite book in the afternoon. Flowering potted plants line the windows if the petite dining area, providing a tranquil atmosphere. The well equipped kitchen is nearby. There is also a staff bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom enjoys a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The second bedroom features two twin beds and the third has one single bed. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
