Description
Located on 190 acres of land, The Manor is a private and spacious villa immersed in the natural beauty of the Tuscan countryside. This newly constructed villa is conveniently located so you can enjoy the best of Tuscany and Umbria; only a short drive away from Perugia and Cortona. This property has everything you need to enjoy your Italian getaway, complete with a private lake and a comfortable shaded pool area where you can pass the day listening to the songs of various birds or reading your favorite book.
Inside you’ll find the stone flooring and oak ceilings give the villa a rustic feel, but it’s not too rustic; there’s a spacious modern kitchen with two ovens and a 6 range stove top. This room also features a large handmade wooden table that can seat up to ten people, but if you prefer not to dine in the kitchen, there’s an outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying a delicious meal with your guests on a warm summer’s day.
On your way to the two bedrooms on the first floor, you’ll find a small reading room with a reading chair near a stone fireplace so you can curl up and get warm by the fire on a chilly night. The bedrooms that are near the reading room are light and have a calming feel. The first one is a French bedroom with Baldachin bed and en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a private bathroom. On the second floor there are five bedrooms, four with en-suite bathrooms and one with a private bathroom. One of these five bedrooms features a loft that can be used as storage space, and another has a private terrace where you can spend hours enjoying the beautiful view of Tuscany’s wondrous hilltops.
