Cavalcanti villa is located on the edge of Castello di San Donato, in Perano, providing guests complete privacy. The manicured lawns, flourishing gardens and large swimming pool are shared with other villas on the estate. The hamlet of Castello di San Donato is nestled in the heart of the Chianti region, between the historical villages of Radda and Gaiole. It boasts a central position among the 3,600 acres of vineyards belonging to the estate and is composed of a castle dating back to the 10th century, a church and several other buildings
The interiors of this fabulous Tuscany Italy vacation villa boast rustic yet elegant furnishings, combined with all the modern amenities. Guests will find a large sitting room with exposed beam ceiling and grand fireplace, as well as a wonderful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and modern accessories. Both open to the remarkable terrace. Large potted plants with colorful flowers grace the stone floor of the terrace. There are two master bedrooms with four-poster beds and a twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms that include Jacuzzis and showers. And they all open to the garden/terrace, with stunning views of the countryside.
For the ideal Italy travel experience, guests can enjoy alfresco meals under the well-appointed pergola. Daily maid services are provided. The maid is also an excellent cook and is available to prepare meals, upon request, for extra cost. The beautiful and historic city of Florence is just 60 kilometers from the grounds of Cavalcanti.
