This beautifully restored Tuscan farmhouse is nestled in the lovely countryside southwest of Florence, just 10 kilometers from the charming village of Montespertoli. Casa Tara is a spacious villa that has been restored and furnished throughout to a very high standard. A separate, two-level guest house has two bedrooms, while the main house offers six.
With main and guest houses, this most accommodating of Tuscany villas sleeps up to 16.
On the ground floor of the main house, guests will find a large entrance hall; small sitting room with satellite TV and fireplace; spacious sitting room with fireplace; dining room with fireplace; large, well-equipped kitchen; laundry room; and cloakroom. The first floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower); a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower); three twin bedrooms; two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath; and a twin bedroom, best suited for children. The ground floor of the guest house has a sitting room with fireplace and kitchen; and a bathroom with shower. Its first floor includes a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and terrace.
For a true Italy villas experience, the house is set high on a hill surrounded by vineyards. The property is surrounded by a fenced garden with a beautiful swimming pool, overlooking the valley, and a new full-size tennis court. Maid service is included three hours per day, three days per week, plus an additional eight hours one day per week, for a total of 17 hours.
