Entering the villa, there is a spacious dining area with fireplace, and two double bedrooms, each with independent bathrooms (one shower, one bathtub). Guests will also find a fully equipped modern kitchen and, at the end of the corridor, a third bedroom, with its own bathroom (shower and bathtub). At the end of this corridor is a staircase which leads to the first floor. Here lies the enormous living room, equipped with air-conditioning and a fireplace, and from which one is free to admire a fabulous 180 degree view. This living room is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and couches, on one side of the room; on the other side is a rectangular antique wooden table which can esily accomodate up to eight people. The living room gives access to a splendid terrace, set up for dining alfresco and sunbathing. The view from the terrace captures Porto S. Stefano and the hills of Mount Argentario on one side, and Talamone, with its charming walled town, and the hills of the Uccellina Natural Park on the other. From the entry level of the main house, there is a staircase leading to the two-story tower, which includes a double bedroom with en suite shower, a walk-in closet, sitting area with television, and a small terrace. La Torre di Argentario is equipped with satellite television, direct-dial telephone, and internet. Each window has mosquito nets, and every bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan and air-conditioning.

The staff of this Italy vacation rental includes a maid, who is on the property for regular cleaning and is available for additional services, upon request. There are laundry facilities, as well as Internet access in the tower. Guests have access to tennis courts that are a 10-minute drive away. They can also rent a 42-foot motorboat for daily excursions.
