The main building, Il Casalone, is the quintessential Tuscan villa. It contains a total of 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, consisting of 4 doubles, one twin and 2 double bedrooms with lofts, (each of which can accommodate up to three guests). The building can sleep up to 16 and features a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as a spectacular 320 square foot living room with four sets of French windows that open onto a fabulous 140 square foot, furnished terrace overlooking the town of Montalcino.

A second villa, known as Il Casalino features 4 double bedrooms and 3 triples, each with a king size bed and loft with one single bed. This charming house can comfortably accommodate as many as 14 people. The ground floor serves as an entrance while the second level contains a comfortable breakfast area with a large fireplace.
Additional guests or small families can be housed in the Annex, a small, yet comfortable living space with room for 2 adults and 2 children. This cozy Italian villa contains a living room with fireplace that as well as a kitchen and dining area. Grown-ups can enjoy the privacy of the double bedroom, which contains a queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower, while the little ones can be comfortably accommodated on the double sofa bed.

Casale Estate if fully staffed, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the seclusion and privacy of a villa, while providing the comfort, service and amenities that are typical of a resort. Recreational features include an outdoor pool, soccer field, fully equipped gym, sauna, tennis courts, Jacuzzi, jungle gym, swing set, mountain bikes and barn with horses. There is also a covered alfresco food preparation and dining area complete with pizza oven and refrigerator.


Horseback riding, bicycle tours, swimming lessons, babysitting services and guided hikes can be arranged upon request, as can excursions to the nearby vineyards, where visitors have the opportunity to sample many of the region's fine Tuscan wines. Sienna is only 20 minutes by car and exciting day trips to Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona and Assisi are also a great option.

But visitors needn't stray far from the estate in order to enjoy themselves, as Casale's grounds offer a host of attractions. Guests can indulge in a leisurely stroll through the property's magnificent garden, relax by the pool or explore the wine cellars with the estate owner and sample some of the region's best vintages.
