Description
Villa Volpe is a very attractive six bedroom villa located only forty minutes from the Smerelda coastline. Villa Volpe is equipped with air conditioning, an outside Jacuzzi a with cold and warm water and a marvelous private swimming pool. The nearest beach to the villa 1.5 kilometers away, and in the area there are famous white sandy beaches such as Porto Istana, The Reef, Porto Taverna, Brandichi the Cinta and Budoni, which constitute one of the most marvellous marine Protected Areas in Italy. Porto San Paolo is an elegant touristic village which includes a small touristic harbour and a small center which offers an assortment of shops and a dozen restaurants for everyone's taste. This five hundred square foot villa is totally independent, surrounded by a garden of six thousand square meters shielded by walls and illuminated by twenty five external lights. A spacious patio which covers the whole front view of the villa, is furnished on one side with sofas and chairs, and on the other side with a dining table for ten people, where you can eat by candlelight in front of the charming sea view. The grounds of Villa Volpe are perfectly renovated and well maintained. The lawn of the garden features Sardinian rocks, which provides harmony with the natural environment of the coast.
The ground floor of Villa Volpe features the entrance hall, a spacious living room which is directly on a terrace of about one hundred square meters, a dining room, a kitchen, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with a large bath tub and a shower, the television room, a study room with a computer, internet access, and a fax machine. The lower ground floor features one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room, a play room with a tennis table, a pinball machine, and table football.
The villa includes in the rental maid service six days a week excluding Sundays. The maid, together with the gardener, live in an apartment in the area below the pool, they have access to the apartment without guests being able to see them. The live-in housekeeper is on duty four hours per day, six days per week between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. (to include breakfast preparation) and between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. included. The services of a cook and a babysitter are excluded, and are available upon request. The staff respects the privacy of the guests and all the rented spaces of the villa. Villa Volpe is situated about six hundred meters from the main road; therefore, no street noise can be heard from the villa. Please note that this is a non-smoking villa, and that small and medium size pets allowed at extra cost. Villa Volpe is situated only fifteen minutes from the airport of Olbia, and is located in Northern Sardinia at Porto San Paolo, twelve kilometers south of Olbia, and forty minutes from the Smerelda coastline.
