Salamandra villa has an idyllic location in beautiful Porto Rotondo, in northern Sardinia. Its position provides simply breathtaking views of the harbor, village, Porto Rotondo's Marine Yacht Club, and the pristine waters of the Mediterranean, all just 500 meters from the property's edge. The beautiful wooden sundeck is partially shaded and furnished with dining tables and chairs, as well as comfortable chaise longues. The hydrotherapy, infinity-edge swimming pool appears to flow seamlessly into the sea.
For an ideal vacation in Italy, this magnificent villa boasts four lovely bedrooms. (For safety reasons, children under four are discouraged from staying here.) On the ground floor, guests will find a large formal dining and living room with fireplace, large windows opening up to the pool area and garden, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Further down the hall, there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the garden. Guests will also find a second double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom and a bathroom. On the lower level of the villa, is the guest house, which has an additional double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Salamandra is available year-round and is perfect for a summer getaway or a romantic holiday in Sardinia. Other amenities include parking spaces for rented cars and satellite television with DVD player. The vacation home in Italy has an outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue, brick oven and dining furniture, so guests can enjoy eating alfresco under the Italian sun.
