Description
This delightful three bedroom air-conditioned apartment is located on the third floor of a charming residential building in the heart of Rome, just steps away from Piazza di Spagna. Impero offers stunning views of the Eternal City from the large terrace, which is furnished with comfortable wrought iron chairs and tables. The apartment interior is infused with light, space, and vibrant colours which perfectly match the carefully selected furnishings found throughout. Light wood flooring, carefully selected artwork, and fine wood pieces adorn the rooms, creating a very comfortable ambiance; guests residing at Impero will no doubt feel very much at home. Impero represents the sophisticated Italian style and taste in a peaceful, serene environment. Guests residing at Impero will enjoy such amenities as satellite colour television, a DVD player, a CD player, internet Wi-Fi access, and a mobile telephone, for which guests are charged an additional rate for usage. The apartment can be accessed from street level by either an elevator or stairs.
Each of the three bedrooms at Impero are spacious, comfortable, and most inviting. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a hand-held shower. The third bedroom is fitted with a single bed. There is as well a third bathroom located in the apartment, which features a bathtub with a shower.
It is but a few minutes walk to some of Rome's most delightful and captivating shops and restaurants. Piazza del Popolo is but a five minute walk from the apartment. Maid service is included four hours once per week, on Wednesdays. Also included in the rate for Impero is electricity up to 20 kilowats per day, and internet connection. Not included in the rate is heating, air-conditioning, extra maid service, and cooking services. Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted at Impero upon request only.
