Located just twenty minutes from the Principality of Monaco, and situated in the region of Liguria near the town of Dolceacqua lies Villa Travigne. This stunning seven bedroom property is comprised of three separate stone houses, and is located in the majestic hills of this region, and is just four kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, of which guests have a wonderful view. This property is ideal for those who seek privacy and a tranquil environment, yet in close proximity to world class shopping, restaurants, and attractions of the Cote d' Azur. The grounds of Villa Travigne are spacious and well tended; a shared private swimming pool, a covered al fresco dining terrace, a barbeque and a pizza oven will no doubt be enjoyed by one and all. Villa Travigne can be rented as one complete property, or also as separate units. The interiors of each of the residences at Villa Travigne are stunning; the carefully preserved classic exterior design blends perfectly with the spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable interiors. Two of the residences feature a large, modern open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furnishings have been expertly selected to provide guests with a serene, warm, and relaxing ambiance. Some of the amenities offered at Villa Travigne include satellite color televison, a CD player, A DVD player, wireless internet connection and free internet usage.
Each of the three residences at Villa Travigne house most comfortbale accommodations, and each reflects the contemporary flair and decor which exists throughout the interiors. Villa One houses three bedrooms; each is fitted with a Queen size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and color television. Villa Two houses three bedrooms; each is fitted with a Queen size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and color television. Villa Three is fitted with one bedroom with a Queen size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and color television. Also, each bedroom features an Ipod docking station. In addition to these accommodations, there are also two sets of bunk beds (ideal for children); each set of bunk beds is placed in one of the three bedrooms in Villa One and in Villa Two. These beds are separated from the Queen bed areas by means of a divider.
Villa Travigne includes some optional services for guests to choose from. There is housekeeping service offered daily for morning cleaning (3 to 4 hours per day). The cost of this service is EUR 1,500 per week. There is also a housekeeping service offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (3 to 4 hours per day). The cost of this service is EUR 1000 per week. A private cook can be arranged for daily dinner preparation only. The cook will purchase the food items and prepare the meal. Please note that the purchase cost of food and beverage items is not included. The cost of this service is EUR 2,500 per week. All of these services must be booked at least one month in advance for arrangement.
Villa Travigne is located one hour from Nice Airport, a twenty minute drive to the nearest beach at Bordeghera, a ten minute drive to the nearest grocery store at Dolceacqua, and a twenty minute drive to the nearest spa and wellness facilities, located at Piena. The nearest tennis facilites are a twenty minute drive at Bordeghera, the closest restaurant is situated a ten minute drive away at Dolceacqua or a twenty minute drive to the Principality of Monaco.
