Villa L'Ulivo is located in gorgeous Liguria, overlooking the village of Portofino and its spectacular yacht harbor. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the crystal blue waters of the Portofino harbor and the breathtaking mountains that surround it. This unique property was designed by a famous Italian architect and has been completely restored to the highest standard. It is one of the few properties available for rent in this desirable area. The terraces that line the outside of the villa are furnished for alfresco dining.
The Italy vacation villa's interiors are filled with many windows, enabling guests to take advantage of the absolutely spectacular views from any room and enjoy natural lighting throughout. The lower level of the villa includes a large covered loggia, furnished with sofas and couches, two single bedrooms, a kitchen corner, and a bathroom with a shower only. The main level houses the entrance hall, a large sitting room with a fireplace which opens through French doors onto a terrace equipped for al fresco dining, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower only. The second level of Villa L'Ulivo features the master bedroom which has a large terrace overlooking the village, the harbor, and the hills; a bedroom with a French bed, two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom, and two bathrooms, each of which are fitted with a bathtub and a separate shower.
A maid takes care of the daily cleaning and housework at Villa L'Ulivo three hours a day, three days a week. And a chef is available to prepare the kind of meals dreamed of in a vacation in Italy - three meals a day, three days a week. The wonderful shops, restaurants and nightlife of Portofino are only a short walk away.
