The Italy vacation rental includes six bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests. The first and second floor of the central villa are reserved as a museum, preserving the antique furniture and belongings of the home's first residents. The two wings of the house have been completely restored to include five luxury suites. Each bedroom has a direct telephone line to the staff, as well as Internet access and a private bathroom. A spacious living room opens to the outdoors. There is also a formal dining room, seating 18, a large modern kitchen, staff facilities, a TV room and studio.

The staff of Villa Como includes two custodians as well as a maid and a gourmet chef, who are available six days a week.
