Il Tramonto

Il Tramonto is a rare property in Capri. Unlike most villas on the island where you must walk up what seems like endless steps to reach a villa that can’t be accessed by car, this conveniently located villa can be accessed by automobile or by foot. This lovely villa is situated next to the Marina Piccola Bay, offering gorgeous views of the sea.

A large terrace with several marble round tables for 8 people, couches, a dining table, a bar and an external kitchen lead down to the pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas just waiting for a guest to sit down and relax after a long day. The terrace is an ideal place to throw a party or enjoy a lovely candlelight dinner in the evening with your loved ones. Natural vegetation, palm trees and potted flowers surround the terrace, adding additional privacy.

The recently restored villa is divided into two different living units. The main part of the villa features an open concept living and dining room with a fireplace, further opening to a family room with comfortable couches and a T.V. A petite but well equipped kitchen is nearby. The main villa has direct access to the pool area. Two double bedrooms are located up a short flight of stairs. One of the bedrooms features an iron bed frame and a built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have access to private terraces with stunning views of the sea and en-suite bathrooms. 

The two remaining bedrooms are located in the guest villa.  Just like the bedrooms in the main villa, the bedrooms in the guest villa offer private terraces and en-suite bathrooms. This villa also features a small, open living and dining room and a petite kitchen. The guest villa opens up to the terrace with beautiful views.
