Villa Teresa, and attractive and inviting fully air-conditioned three bedroom villa, is the union between elegance and comfort, a real pearl of charm, and is located just a few kilometers from the center of Sorrento in the area of the coast named Capo di Sorrento. Villa Teresa is immersed in a very cured garden offering wonderful sea views and a large pool set on a paved terrace. Due to its position, grocery stores, bus stops, and restaurants are found just five hundred meters from the villa and the nearest access to the sea lies at a distance of about 1 km. The villa is accessible through a private, electronic gate leading down a private driveway and onto the garden and the main entrance. The villa is divided onto two levels, featuring air conditioning and heating throughout. Both the garden and the villa are cared for in every detail. Prestigious parquet alternated by terracotta tiles makes up the floors. Hand painted majolica tiles from Vietri sul Mare decorate the functional kitchen, and the large, characteristic, mosaic pool and garden are both adorned by beautiful potted flowers, olive trees, and Edera. The villa is immersed in an extremely well kept garden, overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Nine steps lead from the entrance down to a corner of the garden furnished with an iron table, eight iron chairs, and an umbrella. Twenty-one steps take you further down to the private swimming pool. The pool deck boasts a full dressing room with tiled shower and a washroom. A few steps further down lies the pool, set on a terrace. The pool area is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and has a patio covered by bamboo. There is an outdoor shower by the pool deck. Bar service can be organized by the pool during the stay, upon request.
