Description
Villa Lagno is a lovely four bedroom property nestled on the fabulous Sorrento Peninsula coastline, overlooking the beautiful island of Capri. This exclusive location on the Amalfi coast offers visitors fabulous restaurants and unblemished beaches. Surrounded by marvelous olive trees, the three-story villa has a detached cottage and private swimming pool. From the front gates, a stone path leads guests up 45 stairs to the comfort of the main house.
The welcoming interiors set the tone for the ideal vacation in Italy. A whitewashed living room invites guests to the comfort of its leather sofas, blue ceramic-tiled floors, four overstuffed leather chairs, fireplace and plasma television. Spaces are decorated with many original works of art and sculptures. An elegant modern kitchen is fully equipped and boasts lovely granite countertops. The dining room at has a glass-top table and seating for six, positioned in front of a large window with views of the garden and beyond. The ground floor also houses the maid's quarters.
From the ground floor living room of Villa Lagno, a staircase leads up through a quaint corridor with sofa and chaise longue to two lovely bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and one with Jacuzzi tub). A side door opens onto a terrace, and a staircase leads down to a tranquil garden, where chaise longues sit amid the olive trees. From the main bedrooms of the vacation home in Italy, a spiral staircase leads up to the top floor and the additional bedroom, with a double sofa bed, en-suite bathroom and private terrace. A private outdoor shower is found on this top floor terrace and offers stunning views of the Bay of Naples.
The natural stone cottage dependence lies next to the irregular shaped swimming pool and small garden, directly facing the Mediterranean sea. The charming interior has been built around a large natural rock, which continues externally and becomes incorporated into the pool. Double bed, open kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, dining table and 2 chairs, and comfortable amenities, including a small refrigerator, 2-range stovetop, and microwave oven. The terrace enjoys a round wooden table and chairs for outdoor dining by the pool. The dependence enjoys its own, en-suite bathroom.
