Villa Aristide

Villa Aristide, an attractive three bedroom air-conditioned villa, lies in the upper part of the quiet village of Praiano, in a panoramic position overlooking the Mediterranean. The villa is only reachable by foot, along a short alleyway leading down from a small square. Praiano, a typical coastal fishing village offers a quaint pebble beach and excellent seafood restaurants. Praiano can easily be reached by car and is also served by frequent bus connections with Positano only seven kilometers away to the north and Amalfi six kilometers to the south. Villa Aristide has been recently renovated and divided into two separate apartments, one of which is only occasionally used by the property owner, who does not rent it out as a vacation property. A staircase leads up to the entrance to the villa. Villa Aristide is tastefully furnished in a modern style and has all necessary comforts. The living room, equipped with a satellite television and stereo with a CD player, gives access to a large panoramic terrace where one can enjoy the view over the coast. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. A few steps lead from the ground floor to the first floor, by which you can reach a private terrace, by walking up several stairs. Access to the garden with the private swimming pool is along a pathway leading from the main entrance of the villa. The swimming pool deck has a large sunbathing terrace, comfortably furnished with tables and chairs. The garden and swimming pool areas are shared with the owners, when present. The property also has a small garden with oven ideal for baking pizza. Twelve steps lead you to the living room area, which enjoys access to the terrace. The living room has a dining area and leads into the kitchen. This floor also has one double bedroom and bathroom with a shower.
