Swallow Villa is a sophisticated and charming luxury Caribbean villa that is located in beautiful L'Anse aux Epines, Grenada. This elegant villa is ideally situated just across the street from the soft golden sands of the pristine beaches, and close to the neighborhood restaurants and the famous Grand Anse Beach, amazing shops and St. Georges. This extraordinary villa was designed by famous Mustique villa architect, Arne Hasselqvist and provides its guests with simply breathtaking views of Prickly Bay and the various yachts anchored in the harbor. The lush grounds host a tranquil, covered patio where guests may enjoy a meal al fresco style at sunset, and the expansive sundeck and infinity edge swimming pool. The gazebo is just off the deck and is a perfect place to watch a romantic sunset over the waters.
Swallow Villa is the perfect destination for families looking to rent Caribbean villas. The villa's ideal location makes this property desirable any time of the year. Indoors, guests will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that leads into the comfortable living and dining area. There is also an office as well as three well-appointed and fully air conditioned bedrooms. The master suite is fitted with a king mattress and features a Jacuzzi bath, mirrored walls, a deluxe shower and a dressing room. A pair of French doors leads guests out to the covered patio and beautiful, blue-tiled infinity edge swimming pool. The second bedroom is located across the patio for maximum privacy and includes a private bathroom. The third bedroom is located in its own pavilion at the end of the swimming pool and includes a private bathroom. The lower level hosts the fitness equipment and a private sitting room.
Swallow Villa is a wonderful luxury Caribbean villa that is perfect for families and couples alike. The villa's housekeeper, Merle tends to the property daily and also serves as the villa's cook, preparing three meals a day, Monday through Saturday. For guests traveling with small children, a baby crib and high chair are available for use. The office includes a computer with a printer along with internet access and a fax machine. Guests also have access to beach chairs and umbrellas as well as snorkel gear for a guaranteed day of fun in the sun. Guests can also take a short drive to the local shops and restaurants or spend a day at the famous Grand Anse Beach. Please note that for 2010, Swallow Villa will be including in its rental rates a complimentary dinner on two nights at the Calabash Hotel (located across the road from the villa) for each guest, and a complimentary 5 hour boat cruise, which includes a picnic lunch and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
