Outdoors, the Sea Breeze features expansive terraces, beautiful gardens and a generous L shaped free form swimming pool. Off the beaten path, this property is authentic and traditional allowing for beach front living in a relaxing and private atmosphere.

The main house, recently renovated and decorated with contemporary, bright furnishings and attractive objects d’art, features floor to ceiling windows that help bring the outdoors in. There is a modern open concept kitchen at the heart of the house which boasts expansive views of the terrace and ocean. Sea Breeze also boasts a large comfortable living room and adjacent to that is a guest bedroom with direct access to the terrace and pool. On the lower level of the home, there is a gorgeous master suite with an en-suite bath and direct access to the terrace. What makes this suite so special is its private sitting area with romantic fireplace. Also located on the ground floor is a second guest bedroom with similar characteristics and a double bed. Finally, there are two detached garden guest suites. One is located nearer the beach and has a separate entrance. The beach garden room features a Turkish Style double bed and en suite bath. The second is located in a separate guest house and features an en suite bath, a small living room, a kitchenette and private patio.
