Villa Anemos

Poised overlooking the Aegean in the fishing village of Almirida, on Crete, Villa Anemos is one of three spacious luxury villas comprising SK Place.  Each villa is private and set in its own lush gardens which shelter an infinity edged pool. Individually designed by the owner-architect, Villa Anemos reflects traditional Cretan style. The beach is short 100 meters away.

The large, private infinity pool is flanked by extensive decking which hosts an al fresco dining pergola with stunning views of the Agean and the surrounding White Mountains. A traditional barbecue is sheltered under the lemon trees.

Villa Anemos is terraced on three levels and the main living areas are on the first floor. The open plan design opens fully to the outside through large glass doors.  The kitchen area is fully equipped and flows to the indoor dining area.  Golden wooden floors and colors reflecting the countryside and sea add warmth to the ample spaces. 

Stepping down to the ground floor, a large bedroom suite with two twin beds, convertible to a King sized bed, opens to a garden terrace.  The en-suite bathroom features an extra large wet room.

Two bedroom suites on the top level host a King sized bed and two twins convertible to a King bed. Both feature en-suite bathrooms with separate tub and glass-enclosed showers.  A large balcony overlooks the panoramic views.

Located in the unspoiled countryside of northwest Crete, noted for its wildlife, wild flowers, herbs, olive trees, fresh produce and citrus groves, your private retreat is just steps from golden sand beaches and marina, and a ten minute stroll to the center of the fishing village with tavernas and fine dining venues.
