Perched hillside in Polemarchi, Chania, Crete, this brand new two level villa offers panoramic views of the White Mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Chania, the westernmost province on Crete, offers stunning landscapes marked by dramatic ravines, numerous lakes and the Mediterranean shoreline, and is host to numerous archeological sites and charming villages. Secluded and private, Iro Royal Villa is minutes by car from some of the most beautiful beaches on Crete.
The large private pool and view Jacuzzi are surrounded by ample decking and landscaped gardens. Guests may enjoy al fresco dining and BBQ cooking around the pool.
The main entrance opens to an open plan living and dining area and the well-equipped kitchen. Warmed by a fireplace, rich fabrics and warm colors, the living areas are inviting and relaxing. The ground level also hosts a bedroom suite with two twin beds and en-suite shower bathroom.
The second level offers a second living area and an ample balcony with panoramic views. Two master bedrooms each host king sized beds. Both offer full en-suite bathrooms, and one suite offers a walk in closet and Jacuzzi tub. The other master suite provides a secluded balcony with mountain views. The lounge area provides additional sleeping possibilities via a double sized sofa bed.
Iro Royal Villa hosts up to eight guests in secluded privacy close to the famed beaches of Chania, with stunning countryside and ocean views.
