Description
Apokoron Group villas is a selection of five autonomous stone built villas situated on a hill overlooking the traditional village of Gavalohori, twenty five km east of Chania Crete. There is one 3 bedroom villa and four 4 bedroom villas. Architectural splendor is combined with modern facilities in order to provide an ideal environment for total comfort and relaxation. Each villa includes 300 m2 of living space built on a 1000 m2 plot of land, offering complete privacy with its own parking space for two vehicles, private garden and pool that is 80m2 overflowing into a 10m x 2m lap pool. Offering beautiful views of the White Mountains and ideal for couples or families who wish to have luxurious accommodations within a quiet village setting with easy access to ocean and very good night life. These fabulous villas accommodate up to eight persons.
The floor plan includes a living room, dining room, a kitchen and four bedrooms. Two of the four bedrooms are sized as master bedrooms with their respective private bathrooms. One of the large sized bedrooms is semidetached for greater privacy. All the villas are furnished with modern furniture. The ground floor of this luxury Greek villa hosts a master bedroom with double bed and the private bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with hydro massage. There is also a regular sized bedroom which hosts two single beds. The second floor master bedroom hosts a double bed and a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub with hydro massage. There is also a regular sized bedroom with two single beds. There are 21 inch TVs in each of the bedrooms with a DVD player.
The lovely living rooms boast a charming cast iron fireplace. The entertainment center hosts a 42 inch flat screen TV with satellite receiver and surround sound, DVD player, and a Playstation2. The dining room can seat up to eight guests, and the modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Those who are looking to rent Greek villas will be pleased with the cleaning once every two days, daily change of linen and towels. There is also a free catering service guests are able to take advantage of.
