To rent this particular Grand Cayman villa is to enjoy its spacious interiors featuring gleaming hardwood floors, attractively furnished living areas and a separate formal dining room bordered by long French windows framing wonderful sea views. A den with office area affords privacy, and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and television for relaxation, as well as a full size murphy bed to sleep additional guests. The open kitchen with center work island and cook top is fitted with a stainless steel refrigerator and offers ample bar-counter seating and an adjacent sitting area. A separate utility room is equipped with a washer, dryer and additional refrigerator/freezer. The Seaspray Villa has three bedrooms, each fitted with king size beds. There are four bathrooms, each with shower, as well as a guest bathroom.

It is an approximate twenty minute picturesque drive to George Town and just a five minute drive to quaint Bodden Town with its local shops and Caymanian restaurants.
