In the heart of the villa’s 29,060 square foot grounds, full of lush gardens and terraces, is the vanishing edged pool. To one side of the pool is the Jacuzzi. Lounge chairs and day beds on the extensive pool deck are perfect for sunbathing. For guests who love al fresco dining, the villa offers both sunny and shady outdoor dining areas overlooking the sea. An outdoor bar can be found nearby.
The villa enjoys 4,310 square feet of living space. The great room has atrium ceilings and enjoys several sitting areas decorated with stylish furniture. Fireplaces, a study area and even a bar can be found in this room. The villa’s fully equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar and has direct access to two different dining areas. One of the dining areas features a round table and the other has a long table seating twelve guests.
There are six bedrooms in the villa. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. Each bedroom features a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and views of either the Bay or the surrounding gardens.
