Description
Located at the small and child friendly beach of L'Escalet Plage, Villa L'Escale Beach sits 50 meters from the sea and provides direct beach access. Hidden by laurel hedges and protected by automatic gates, the villa is private. yet within 15 minutes of St. Tropez and Le Croix Valmer. Ramatuelle's medieval hilltop village is less than 10 minutes away by car. Beach club activities and tennis courts are located at L'Escalet Plage.
A private, alarmed and heated swimming pool sits in the rear garden. Two large, covered terraces provide graceful sea views. One terrace hosts outdoor living and dining facilities and the other a relaxing, draped lounging area.
The design is open plan. The entry leads to the reception hall and library. The library features a piano. The living/dining area is spacious, opens to both terraces and hosts a fireplace. The gallery kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the side terrace. The entrance hallway also hosts a convenient powder room as well as a laundry room.
