Le Chemin

Once inside the gates of Le Chemin, you’ll forget that you are five minutes from the centre of St. Tropez and steps from the beach. This renovated, air conditioned villa sits amid mature trees and beautiful gardens. Interiors are white, with colourful accents in the tiled floors, artwork and decor. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable, both inside and outdoors. The property has a lighted tennis court, and a large swimming pool surrounded by a stone deck with twelve lounges. There is also a landscaped Pétanque court with a pergola, where spectators or players can enjoy a beverage.

To the left, off the entrance hall, is a living room with a large fireplace and lots of cozy seating in armchairs, couches and a recliner. Through an archway is the dining room, with a big square table and twelve upholstered chairs. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a five burner gas stovetop, dining area and french doors that open onto the terraces and gardens. Both the covered terrace and the open terrace have lounge areas and dining areas for elegant entertaining.

To the right off the entrance hall are two double bedrooms and a children’s playroom with a television and DVD collection. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with tubs and hand showers. One has satellite television, the other a television and DVD player. Also on this floor is a bedroom with an office, satellite television, and en-suite bathroom with a tub and hand shower. This bedroom opens onto the garden.

Up the staircase from the entrance hall are the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area and satellite television. The en-suite bathroom has a romantic round bathtub and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with tubs and hand showers as well as televisions and DVD players.
