Description
This beautiful new four bedroom, air-conditioned property is located just 13 kilometers from the centre of fashionable St. Tropez. It is a very short walk to a lovely private beach, and has been built to the highest of standards, benefiting from direct access to the sea at La Plage du Vergeron. The Cote Mer is part of a very secure estate, and guests will no doubt feel most secure whilst residing here. The ground floor rooms at the front of the villa open to a very pretty garden with lawns, olive trees and various plants, and a gate opens from here to the path along the shore. The tastefully decorated interiors have tiled floors, white exposed beamed ceilings, and modern furnishings in soft, neutral colours. The spacious living room features a resplendent fireplace, and has large doors opening to the sun terrace, garden, and pool. There is a large plasma flat screen TV with satellite channels, stereo music system and wi-fi, high speed internet access.
The property has air conditioning and all rooms face the garden and pool. The dining area features a dining room with round glass-top dining table, opening to the terrace, where guests may also dine al fresco. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the major modern appliances. The Master Bedroom is fitted with a double bed (which can also be converted to twin beds); it also is fitted with a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower, double basin), colour television, and a private terrace, where a wondrous view of the sea will no doubt captivate. Each of the three remaining bedrooms are fitted with a double bed (which can also be converted to twin beds), a private en-suite bathroom Double/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor, and is accessible form the outside; this bedroom opens onto the garden, and also features a small living room with a colour television. Cote Mer can accommodate a maximum of eight persons; ideal for small groups or families.
The large swimming pool is secured by the latest technology alarm system and can be heated on request. The terraces are furnished with comfortable sofas, and a vine-covered pergola to the side of the house, outside the kitchen, has an outdoor dining area. Mandatory maid service provided at Cote Mer, four hours per day, five days per week. This service is paid locally. The beachfront restaurants at Gigarno can be reached by foot along the beachfront, or a short car drive. The fabulous beaches at Pampelonne are 10 kilometers away.
