The ground floor of Villa Anna features steps leading down to a small patio and a covered entrance hall with large double doors. At the entrance there is a hallway leading to a very spacious and bright open-plan dining and living room with fireplace and French windows opening to terraces, offering views over the landscaped gardens and sea. On the right hand side of the hallway there is access to a fully equipped modern kitchen with French doors leading onto a large terrace which is ideal for outdoor dining. There is a separate laundry room leading off the kitchen. Off the living room is the master bedroom with super King size bed, a small office area with internet access, a computer, a printer and fax machine. There is a large wardrobe in the hallway, which also contains a safe. This hallway leads to a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is also access to separate, studio accommodation, which houses a double bedroom, a sitting and dining area, and a kitchenette. On the left hand side of the entrance hall, there is an impressive staircase leading to further bedroom accommodation. The first, on the mezzanine level, is a bedroom ideal for children, with three single beds, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. One level up, there is a bedroom fitted with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with wardrobe space on the landing. A small corridor with wardrobes on both sides leads to another double bedroom, which is fitted with a super King size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Obligatory maid service is provided at Villa Anna fifteen hours er week, and is payable locally. Additional staff services, such as a chef or babysitting service, may be requested and will be at additional charge.
