To one side of the garden, a stone wall protects the swimming pool terrace on two sides. The landscaped pool is large and has an electric cover. At the front of the house, overlooking the garden and pool is a terrace with furnished seating areas and an outdoor dining area with teak table and chairs. 

On the ground floor is a brand new, fully equipped eat-in country kitchen with Lacanche range. The dining room is warm and welcoming, with exposed beamed ceilings and stone fireplace. An archway leads to the living room with a stone fireplace and large French windows opening to the garden. There is also a library with a television, a shower room and a half bath.

The bedrooms on the first floor are accessed by way of two stone staircases. One staircase leads to two bedrooms. The first, with a view over the garden and pool, has two beds which can be configured as twins or a European king. The en suite bathroom has a large shower. The other is the master bedroom with a king size, four-poster wrought iron bed, and an en suite bathroom with a large shower.

The other two bedrooms on the first floor are accessed via the original stone staircase from entrance hall. One bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has either twins or a European king size bed with views over the garden and pool. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and double sinks.
