Description
This very pretty pale pink house with its exquisitely beautiful garden, is situated just 5 kms from Eygalieres and 7 kms from St. Remy de Provence. There are wonderful views from the property to Les Alpilles.
Entrance to the property is into a large parking area, with a high wall covered in white climbing roses, concealing the large and immaculately kept gardens. Filled with white roses and lavender, there are also vine covered pergolas, cypress and olive trees, statues and fountains. To one side, is a fenced swimming pool (16 x 5m) with a shady pergola at one end for relaxing out of the sun.
At the front of the house is a large terrace with outdoor seating and a beautiful covered dining area to one side, with archways opening to the garden. The interiors have been furnished to a high standard with antiques and furnishings in warm yellows, greens and terracotta.
Amenities include satellite TV (in living room, master bedroom and gym area), DVD, stereo and ADSL internet access. There is air conditioning in some bedrooms and mosquito netting on the windows.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Small double bedroom with French bed, en-suite shower room (with basin and WC). Air conditioned studio with living area and kitchen corner (microwave, oven/hob, dishwasher and fridge) and TV, and with stairs leading up to a double bedroom (1.40m bed) and bathroom (bath, basin and WC). The studio opens to the front of the house so can be accessed either independently or through the house.
