Mas Angelo

Located south of Les Baux-de-Provence and close to Maussane-les-Alpilles, this recently renovated mas is a charming abode. The colorful rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, containing a unique blend of unusual Indian furniture and sixties-inspired art. A modern sound system provides music throughout the house, gardens and pools.

Situated off a quiet road, the entrance to property consists of high wrought iron gates. The garden has a number of seating areas and an immaculately kept lawn. It is surrounded by flowers and exotic trees. Swim in the large pool, or relax beside it in the sun or in the shade of the thatched cabana. There is also a main shaded terrace with a fountain, where one can enjoy a meal or a sip on a drink.

On the ground floor of the house is the living room, which contains a fireplace, satellite TV and fully stocked bar. The dining room has a fireplace, stairs leading to the bedrooms and access to the garden. The large, eat-in kitchen has a beamed ceiling and French Lacanche range. There is a small secondary kitchen with additional appliances, including a deep fryer and microwave. Also on this floor is the indoor heated pool with access to the garden, as well as a steam room and shower.

On the first floor, one staircase from the kitchen leads to the master bedroom. It has two twin beds which can also be made up as a European king.  This room has views of the garden, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and luxurious Balneo bath.

Another stair case provides access to all the other rooms. There is a suite with a small living area and access to a bathroom with a corner Balneo bath. This room has twins or a king size bed and looks out over the garden and terrace. Another large bedroom has twins or a king size bed, a sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. The fourth bedroom has a seven foot circular bed, a sofa and an ensuite shower room with rainbow shower, where you can change the color of the water to suit your mood.
