Boulbon villa is a charming, magnificent property located at the foot of La Montagnette, just 15 kilometers from the enchanting city of Avignon. Consisting of a main house and a studio, the villa offers guests more than 400 meters of luxurious living space and well-appointed sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests. Its grounds have olive trees, a tranquil garden, romantic belvedere and several beautiful terraces, outfitted so guests can enjoy dining alfresco. The enclosed grounds also include a large, kidney-shaped swimming pool and sundeck, furnished with comfortable chaise longues.
This amazing vacation rental in France is perfect for large families or groups vacationing together. Entering the main house, guests will find a spacious entrance hall with a cloakroom and powder room, leading into the expansive salon, with a fireplace (wood provided by caretaker), fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room and laundry room. There are also two guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and three additional guest bedrooms, all sharing a large bathroom. The studio is adjacent to the main house and includes a beautiful sitting room, cooking area and a bedroom with a double bed and modest bathroom with shower.
