Mas de la Sorgue

The property is accessed through electrically controlled gates and up a driveway lined with lavender bushes. The large heated, alarmed swimming pool is situated close to the house and surrounded by a sun terrace with teak furniture. There is an outdoor shower and a pool house with a half bath. Beyond the pool area is a large fenced garden, with plenty of green grass, where children can play.

On one side of the terrace is a comfortably furnished, covered sitting area. There is also a covered dining area with barbecue to one side of the front terrace, and a second dining terrace with two tables.

The house has been recently restored in an authentic Provençal style and furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor, the attractive, fully equipped kitchen is great for entertaining and opens directly onto the front terrace. The dining room is inviting and warm. The living room has three comfy sofas - a perfect place to gather around the fireplace and chat or play a game. There is also a half bath and a TV room.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms. One, with queen-size bed and views of the garden, has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with tub and double sinks. Another bedroom with queen size bed has an en-suite shower. The children's bedroom has twin beds and en-suite shower, while the master has a queen size bed, and opens onto a private terrace. That room also contains a private dressing room and full en-suite bathroom, complete with tub, shower and double sinks.

The second floor housed two bedrooms with queen size beds and views of the garden. Both of these bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower.
