This charming property is situated in the small village of Maubec in Luberon, close to the many delightful hill villages and activities which this area offers. There is a small food shop in Maubec, and more in nearby Coustellet, where the owner also has a restaurant. Although a village house, it is hidden from view behind a stone wall, and accessed by electric security gates. Within the walled garden is a 9 meter by 5 meter private swimming pool which can heated on request, and a pool house, and beyond this is a lovely covered terrace from where the views to the Luberon mountain range can be enjoyed. The building is divided into two parts; the main part comprising the living area, tastefully decorated with antique furniture, and equipped with satellite television, and two bedrooms. The second part houses the other three bedrooms and a typical provencial living room, opening to a covered terrace. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the property also has internet access. One can rent the main house only in low season, taking advantage of a special rate for using just two bedrooms and a four person occupancy. There is a charming, rustic feel to this property; this combined with the tasteful, comfortable furnishings will ensure that guests will feel very much at home whilst residing here.
The main house ground floor is where you will find the spacious, well furnished living and dining rooms, and the very well equipped kitchen. The first floor contains a bedroom with a double bed, a celing fan, a private dressing room and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and offers a delightful view of the garden. Located on the ground floor of the Annex of Maison De La Treille is a third bedroom which is fitted with a double bed, a ceiling fan, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a garden view. This bedroom can also be accessed independently from the terrace. Located on the first floor of the Annex is the fourth and fifth bedroom; each are fitted with a double bed. The fourth bedroom features a private dressing room and a private shower, and the fifth bedroom features an en-suite shower room.
