Bastide Vallat

Located in Luberon, in the heart of the region of Provence, lies Bastide Vallat, a seven bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa, can accommodate a total of fourteen guests, and offers a sublime Southern France villa experience. Bastide Vallat is situated on a beautifully landscaped property with its own kitchen garden, and a field of lavender. The entrance is through an automatic gate. Located on the south side of the property is a heated private freshwater swimming pool (18 meters by 6 meters) with an electric cover. There is as well a covered pool house with couches; ideal for lounging during long, sun-drenched Provencal afternoons. Relax in the villa's Jacuzzi or hamman; afterwards, take a dip in the pool. Also located by the pool area is a gas barbeque, a pool change room, and a shower and water closet. The villa features several open and covered furnished patios, thereby ensuring plenty of space in which to relax and soak up the Provencal ambiance. Upon entering the main house area, one will come across large courtyard. Entering the house, one will discover the large living room, with its several sofas, bar, and a fireplace. Nearby is the dining room which seats sixteen guests, and the beautiful kitchen. There is as well a preparation kitchen which lies adjacent to the larger one. There is a well stocked wine cellar at Bastide Vallat, where guests may select their favourite vintage to enjoy with their meal. There is an installed lift for the convenience of guests to reach the second and third levels. The villa comes equipped with ADSL internet connection, two computers, and a printer, which are housed in a separate room. Other amenities include a television and games room with a large screen color television, a stereo system, an outdoor tennis table, a billiards room, a gymnasium, an outdoor petanque (lawn bowling), and bicycles for guests' enjoyment.
