Upon entering the villa, guests will enter the sitting room that has vaulted ceilings and opens through a pair of French doors to the terrace and courtyard. The kitchen also opens to the courtyard and has vaulted ceilings and a prep island and leads to the informal dining room. There is an additional formal dining room, with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. The villa has sleeping accommodations for 10 adults and two children and includes three bedroom suites, each with either an en-suite bath or shower room. There is a family suite that is ideal for guests with children that includes two connecting bedrooms and one private shower room. The sixth bedroom in the villa can be found in the converted dovecot and opens directly to the pool terrace.

Mas du Tilleul Villa ensures an exciting and completely relaxing trip to France for guests of all ages. The staff resides on the property in separate quarters that do not interfere with guests' and is on hand to take any requests guests may have. The villa's caretaker is completely at the guests' disposal and is available to fulfill guests' needs and requests. There is also a maid who is on the property a total of 15 hours per week to tend to the regular cleaning duties. Guests also have access to the laundry facilities that are on the property. Guests can choose to spend their vacation at the property, or travel into the center of town, just a short walk from the villa's property.
